Le projet travaille sur les franges entre espaces agricoles et espaces urbanis\u00e9s avec le but de pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 rurale de Tignieu-Jameyzieu, une ville situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la p\u00e9ripherie lyonnaise, et lutter contre l&rsquo;artificialisation des sols. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le de fermes avec des logements pour les exploitant-es et de l&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement pour des woofers. Le projet s&rsquo;ancre aussi dans un projet alimentaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle intercommunale dans la perspective de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du tram-train \u00e0 Tignieu. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une OAP th\u00e9matique \u201cagriculture\u201d au sein du PLU de la commune, nous semble \u00eatre une strat\u00e9gie vertueuse pour l\u2019\u00e9volution de Tignieu-Jameyzieu. En effet, face aux effets du d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique, nous arrivons \u00e0 un point o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019entamer de nouveaux modes de gestions du foncier et de repenser la
