Mobilit\u00e9, logement et sociabilit\u00e9 en 2030<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-raft-fg-alt-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-raft-fg-alt-background-color has-background\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\"><em>2023<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-small-font-size\"><em>#prospective, #rural, #transition<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dans un contexte d\u2019une grande diversit\u00e9 des dynamiques sectorielles et locales, le territoire du Tri\u00e8ves envisage un futur incertain, face aux crises sociales et \u00e9cologiques, avec cependant un vrai vecteur de qualit\u00e9 : la forte pr\u00e9sence locale des dynamiques citoyennes. Cette strat\u00e9gie intercommunale propose une r\u00e9ponse aux enjeux identifi\u00e9s, par un renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration locale, qui peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des transformations spatiales de grande qualit\u00e9. Le projet identifie une s\u00e9rie de strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9ponse aux enjeux pr\u00e9sents dans trois secteurs de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement et l\u2019urbanisme &#8211; le logement, la mobilit\u00e9 et la sociabilit\u00e9. Certaines de ces strat\u00e9gies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 spatialis\u00e9 \u00e0 travers plusieurs \u00e9chantillons de projet sur une s\u00e9rie de villages et hameaux du Tri\u00e8ves. Cela permet de comprendre la complexit\u00e9 de ce type d\u2019op\u00e9rations et le manque de capacit\u00e9 chez les acteurs publics locaux de porter une vision de territoire de cette \u00e9chelle et de cette ampleur. Le projet identifie donc un nouvel acteur interm\u00e9diaire qui amplifie, p\u00e9rennise et consolide les coop\u00e9rations locales afin de mettre en action les strat\u00e9gies sectorielles. Afin de tester la pertinence du projet et les strat\u00e9gies identifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle urbaine et architecturale, nous avons formul\u00e9 une proposition spatiale pour le site de la
